Project meeting in the UK. Attending will be the institution's co-ordinator and a representative of the language department and of the geography department. This is to discuss the themes for ICT-enhancement and to plan the teacher exchanges. (i.e. 3 staff per institution).

Language and geography departments develop teaching schemes and materials. Teachers request specific ICT support material from the UK.

November 2002

UK sends to Estonia the curriculum and educational information for the website.

January 2003

Project meeting to discuss progress, renewal and to ratify teacher exchanges. New submission

March 2003

One language teacher to Romania on a teacher exchange to trial material in target country, with reciprocal visit.

March 2003

One geography teacher to Estonia on a teacher exchange to trial material in target country, with reciprocal visit.

April/May 2003

Language and geography teachers refine teaching schemes and support material. UK amends ICT support material and training packs.

June 2003

Reports from institutions on their findings with all teaching and learning materials to UK.

June/July 2003

UK transmits all material to Estonia for inclusion on the website and for CD production for all institutions. UK to visit Estonia to ratify contents of the website and CD production.

July 2003

UK transmits to all institutions the end of year report for their national bureaux.

Arts and Mathematics departments to develop their draft ICT packages.

Project meeting in Poland to discuss progress and to ratify teacher exchanges. Review renewal submission.

March 2004

One arts teacher to Estonia on a teacher exchange to trial material in target country.

March 2004

One Mathematics teacher to UK on a teacher exchange to trial material in target country.

April/May 2004

Finalise teaching packages for dissemination to institutions.

June 2004

Reports from institutions on the material and its transmission to Estonia for the website.

June/July 2004

Project meeting in Estonia to discuss end of year report and to finalise the end of project evaluation technique for the final year.
